Key Responsibilities
Creating, editing, and maintaining policy and procedural documents in alignment with company standards
Managing SharePoint libraries to ensure documents are organized and accessible
Establishing policy review cycles and coordinating updates with document owners
Required Qualifications
Mortgage industry experience required; policy, governance or change management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
Experience in document control, credit policy, or policy management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and document management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
