Entry-Level Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Travel Coordinator to support clients in planning vacations group trips and getaways. This position involves researching travel options preparing proposals and coordinating logistics. The right candidate enjoys organization clear communication and helping others create lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with researching flights hotels and activities

Prepare organized proposals quotes and itineraries

Communicate with clients via email and phone to collect details and preferences

Maintain booking information and client records accurately

Work with travel partners and suppliers to confirm reservations

Ensure a positive client experience by providing responsive professional service

Requirements :

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

Basic computer proficiency (email spreadsheets and web research)

Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines

Prior administrative customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
