Job Details Salary: From $40,000 to $150,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Peoria, IL 61615 Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to support customers in financing their vehicles. The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager will manage all finance and insurance-related activities, including assisting customers in obtaining financing, preparing necessary documentation, and offering additional protection products like extended service contracts. This role ensures timely completion of deals while adhering to legal requirements and dealership policies. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities Offer financing and insurance options to customers, including detailed explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer policies Assist customers in securing vehicle financing in compliance with state and federal laws Prepare all required legal documents accurately and promptly according to regulations Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to obtain competitive interest rates and financing programs Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure all vehicle sales are referred to the F&I department and provide necessary information on financing and lease programs Comply with federal, state, and local regulations at all times Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations Work Environment You will work in a professional, supportive dealership environment supported by a committed team. Job Requirement:Qualifications and Skills At least two years of experience in a dealership environment is preferred Confident and outgoing personality with strong business acumen Highly professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, vendors, and staff Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in math and financial calculations Good computer and internet skills
