20 / 20 Custom Molded Plastics is looking for a skilled set-up technician to join our team in Holiday City. This position is the first building block of successful production. The qualified candidate must be able to :

• Gain base knowledge of structural foam and injection molding preparations.
• Be self motivated and be able to work independently when needed.
• Lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders frequently .
• Must provide own tools ( basic hand tools - ratchets, sockets, wrenches, etc.) to complete the job.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Have flexibility with work schedule, able to work overtime and weekends
• Overhead crane, forklift, and a mechanical training a plus.
• Prior plastics experience necessary.

This position starts at $18.00 per hour and within 90 days the qualified employee will move to $20.50 per hour. Benefits start at 30 days with the option for medical, dental, vision, accident, critical, short term and long term disability. The company pays $15,000 of life insurance coverage. 401k with matching after 30 days. A monthly perfect attendance bonus of $500.00 per month for eligible employees.
