[job_card.job_description]Design develop and enhance complex XML structure files using PeopleCode (XMLDoc XMLNode XMLRowset XMLGen). Build and maintain PeopleSoft application objects in Application Designer (records pages components menus and PeopleCode). Develop and optimize Application Engine programs including SQL PeopleCode and data transformation routines. Implement and troubleshoot integrations via Integration Broker including service operations and messaging. Collaborate with functional teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Leverage expert-level understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data including HR Payroll and Commitment Accounting structures to ensure accurate processing and reporting. Debug refactor and tune PeopleSoft code for optimal performance. Prepare technical design documents unit test cases and support materials. 10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM development experience. Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode including XML manipulation using XMLDoc XMLGen XMLNode and related APIs. Deep expertise in PeopleTools including : Application Engine Component Interface Integration Broker File Layouts PeopleSoft Query / SQL Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data models including : Payroll Tables Commitment Accounting Tables Proven experience building and supporting complex XML integrations and interface solutions. Strong analytical and debugging skills with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft Developer with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM and deep expertise in creating and manipulating complex XML structures using PeopleCode frameworks such as XMLDoc XMLGen and related APIs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience advanced PeopleTools knowledge and a thorough understanding of HCM data structures including HR Payroll and Commitment Accounting tables .
