A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
Own the customer relationship post-sale as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts
Build and deploy AI-powered growth workflows to solve customer problems and accelerate time-to-value
Drive adoption and usage expansion by identifying opportunities and aligning AI workflows to business goals
Required Qualifications
2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
Experience supporting large enterprise customers in complex environments
Hands-on experience with AI / ML technologies or workflow automation platforms
Strong builder mindset with the ability to prototype and iterate in relevant platforms
Familiarity with integrating AI into customer workflows and prompt engineering
