Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues through the support queue
Collaborate with product, engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex cases
Analyze support processes and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in technical support
Knowledge of Zendesk is required
Experience with common SaaS solutions is desired
Ability to triage and resolve customer support requests
Four years of technical support or software development experience is preferred
