Key Responsibilities
Serves as the first line of customer service for internal and external customers
Receives and documents patient referrals to hospice services, ensuring compliance with coverage criteria
Coordinates the evaluation / admission process and communicates pertinent patient information to the care center team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent
One-year administrative experience in a healthcare environment
Reliable internet service and ability to work from home with minimal disruption
Familiarity with general computer use and functions
