Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 customer accounts, managing relationships and expectations
Guide customers to maximize business value from the platform, providing training and resolving issues
Monitor account health, proactively engage customers, and mitigate churn risks through effective communication and support
Required Qualifications
2+ years in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
A customer value and ROI-driven mindset
Experience in product training and customer engagement
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Project management skills and experience are a plus
