A company is looking for a Client Success Partner -US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for VIP clients, managing interactions and addressing concerns
Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities while developing strategies aligned with customer growth
Lead regular business reviews with key accounts, presenting data-driven insights and managing customer records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be based in the United States
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Background in the healthcare or health technology industry
