Associate Group Director, Healthcare

A rapidly expanding commercial bank is looking for a Associate Director, Relationship Manager to support the Group Director in managing relationships within the healthcare sector. You’ll oversee loan portfolios, identify opportunities, and provide excellent service while cross-selling products. This role offers valuable experience and a path to future leadership in relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Relationship Managers in managing loan and depository relationships.
• Monitor and assess the credit performance of customer portfolios, addressing any issues as needed.
• Prepare and organize credit and loan documentation, including financial data, credit histories, and collateral details.
• Manage and track non-performing, underperforming, or delinquent loans when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree advantageous
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency with Abrigo advantageous
