Location : Kansas City, MO 64112

Type : Temp-to-Engage (Potential to Convert to Permanent)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch; two paid 15-min breaks)

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr

Dress Code : Business casual (jeans and tennis shoes allowed; no track suits; leggings acceptable with long top covering below buttocks)

Position Summary

The Senior On-Site Service Specialist supports daily print, copy, shipping, and document-production operations for a financial-sector client. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, quality control, and efficient communication with the team. Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail are essential, as work involves handling sensitive financial documents. Mandatory attendance is required during the middle two weeks of each month.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfill incoming orders via a Power App, including staging, printing, collating, packaging, and shipping according to specifications.

Utilize FedEx Shipping Manager and client shipping software for outbound packages.

Operate high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment.

Perform copying tasks, scanning / imaging, quality checks, filing, and electronic document management.

Conduct basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of copiers and related equipment.

Maintain logs, records, and inventory; enter activity / job details into a shared Google Document.

Coordinate and respond to service calls; assist with archiving and document organization.

Use paper cutters, bindery tools, copiers, and assorted print / production equipment.

Ensure adherence to Ricoh Services Portfolio & Technology processes; capture data for Ricoh MOR, SPG , and job logs.

Pack, wrap, and transport boxes weighing up to 50 lbs from counter to cart.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Site Leader.

Work Environment & Additional Notes

Majority of the workday is performed standing or walking.

Occasional overtime may be required, especially after conversion to permanent status.

No driving required.

Free parking is available (parking form with vehicle info and valid license may be required).

Interview format may include phone and in-person sessions, potentially with multiple interviewers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of related work experience; prior experience with copy / print jobs preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite , Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

Experience with copiers, printers, and basic equipment troubleshooting or repair preferred.

Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.

Basic electronics knowledge is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Ability to follow mail delivery instructions and select appropriate packing methods / materials.

Ability to understand technical documentation, manuals, and part catalogs.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs .
