A company is looking for a Lead Counsel, Commercial Brands, Oncology Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal guidance to the US Commercial and Medical Teams within the Oncology Business Unit
Participate in integrated brand teams, advising on FDA laws, anti-kickback statutes, and other regulations governing pharmaceutical commercialization
Manage engagements with outside firms and develop internal budgets while supporting compliance and operational integrity
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of a pharmaceutical or device company
Experience advising commercial and medical functions, particularly in marketing, sales, and access
Solid expertise in laws impacting commercial operations of pharmaceutical and device companies
Experience leading teams and developing / implementing budgets preferred
