A company is looking for a Service Logistics Coordinator in Redwood City, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve requests, including processing orders and handling complaints
Manage daily operations by preparing reports, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing shipment schedules
Identify process enhancement opportunities and implement best practices for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in a high-volume Call Center, Customer Service, or Service Administration role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio); knowledge of SFDC and Oracle is preferred
Ability to perform repetitive typing and interact extensively via telephone
Experience in conducting and recording physical inventory results
Ability to work onsite and manage various customer service tasks efficiently
