[job_card.job_description]Job Type : Full-time Pay : $80,000 - $250,000 (Commission-Based) Benefits : Flexible schedule, professional development assistance and revenue sharing plan Schedule : Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability Supplemental pay types : Commission pay Work Location : Metro New York City area, including New City, NY; Albany, NY; Hoboken, NJ; and Greenwich / Stamford, CT. Active real estate license required. Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketing tools (or willingness to learn). Strong communication, customer-service, and negotiation skills. Proven sales skills and ability to manage transactions from offer to close. Prospect, qualify, and follow up with buyer / seller leads. Collaborate with transaction coordinators and team support to ensure smooth closings. Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up schedules, and reporting metrics. Utilize brokerage-provided technology, tools, and mentorship to streamline your workflow.
