A company is looking for a Faculty Developer (Senior Special Program Coordinator) to support faculty professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty
Provide personalized support, coaching, and feedback to instructors on effective teaching practices
Manage logistics for CTLI events and programs, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, pedagogy, or a related field
At least three years of experience working with higher education faculty to improve teaching
Experience designing and delivering professional development programs for faculty
At least two years of college-level teaching experience, preferably in a community college
Knowledge of educational technologies and digital accessibility standards
