Lawn Care Technician

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team.

Daily Tasks include :

  • Spray trees and shrubs as well as mosquitos and ticks
  • Apply other regulated pest control product to landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
  • Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
  • Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
  • Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
  • Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
  • Shop Work
  • Offer New Services to Customers
  • No mowing!

    • Requirements :

  • Willing to receive pesticide applicator license
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate machinery
  • Ability to meet production goals
  • Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds

    • The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person who is passionate about communications through phone and email and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits will get paid very well for utilizing their skills in this role.
