Job Summary

A Commissary Agent prepares, delivers, and restocks aircraft catering supplies, including beverages, snacks, and amenities. Responsibilities include inventory management, operating vehicles for transport, and assisting with aircraft cleaning and loading as needed. Strong communication skills are required for coordinating with vendors and airline staff. Compliance with WFS site security procedures and reporting security concerns are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock aircraft catering carts / bins with beverages, snacks, ice, liquor, and other onboard amenities.
• Deliver and remove carts / bins from aircraft as needed.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and complete required reports / forms.
• Receive and verify deliveries from vendors.
• Operate motorized vehicles to transport supplies.
• Assist with aircraft loading, unloading, and cleaning when required.
• Communicate with airline staff, vendors, and colleagues via phone or radio.
• Follow WFS site security procedures and report any security concerns.
