Technical Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications for the engineering team

Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization within business processes and technical systems

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical writing and documentation

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and business process optimization

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Experience leading or supporting change management efforts

Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is a plus
