Job Summary : For this role we are looking for a dynamic highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for gathering analyzing and translating business needs into clear technical requirements that guide understanding of the problem statement solution design development and implementation. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a structured problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Qualifications :

• 7 - 10 years of strong hands-on experience in business analytics program or product management management consulting role.
• Strong experience in SQL.
• Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems.
• Experience eliciting and building comprehensive business requirements and project plans.
• Documenting features and functions of technical systems.
• Validating Functional Specifications against Business Requirements.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
