• Position Requirements :
• Licensed Landscape Architect
• Minimum 5 years of landscape design experience
• Minimum 2 years of Residential landscape design experience
• Must have proven full process landscape construction knowledge
• AutoCAD (5+ years)
• Microsoft Office
• Strong Hand Drafting and Rendering Skills
• Strong Organization Skills
• Ability to clearly communicate to clients and colleagues
• Preferred Experience :
• Sketchup
• Lumion or other 3D Rendering Software
• Adobe Suite
• LMN

The duties of the Senior Landscape Architect will be to be a part of every stage of the landscape construction process, including but not limited to customer sales, rough survey, design, pricing and take offs, construction documents, contractor coordination, design presentations, jobsite coordination. The Senior Landscape Architect must also be able to produce quality designs that fit the client’s needs and budget, as well as draft clear construction documents to translate details of the design to both Rivertown crews and subcontractors. xuwmhxw This position will be responsible for assisting the production manager in tracking job completion and schedule, change orders, weekly production meetings, participating in vendor events, training and management of reporting positions, and contributing to business strategies in adherence to the mission and values of the company.
