Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the residents plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

The Weekend Package Program details:

• Works a minimum of 2*(8hr) or (12hr) shifts every weekend
• The Weekend Package incentive is an additional $2.50/hour working between the hours of 6pm on Friday to 7am on Monday.
• Additional shift differentials apply when working evening or night shifts on the weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA)
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
