A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Specialist to manage customer interactions and prevent service disconnections.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle calls from customers at risk of disconnecting services and provide resolution
Log customer inquiries and resolutions using the Retention Recommender
Educate customers on products and services while offering retention deals
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
Must have a land-based home internet service with a minimum 25 kbps download speed
Ability to work any shifts within team operating hours, including rotational Saturdays
Must maintain a distraction-free home work environment
College hours or a college degree may substitute for some experience
