Description :

The role involves delivering direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process.

Registered Nurses will provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient.

Advocacy for patient safety is essential, along with overseeing compliance with core measures for applicable patients.

Participation in the development and implementation of the plan of care is required.

Communication of the elements of the nursing process aims to improve patient outcomes.

Quality interventions and collaboration within the health team are crucial for success.
