A company is looking for a Systems Analyst responsible for managing IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain IT service management processes using the ITIL framework
Communicate with internal IT support center customers regarding processes, policies, and system changes
Perform project management duties for support center projects and facilitate process improvements
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 2 years equivalent experience
Broad knowledge of Tier I, II, and III IT support operations
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Good grasp of IT Infrastructure Management principles, particularly Change, Configuration, and Problem Management
