A company is looking for a Telehealth Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls in the Virtual Care Center queue

Schedule virtual appointments and assist with referrals and authorizations

Support new hire onboarding and complete various administrative tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care or medical office setting

Completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited school preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
