Our open positions span various hospitals including Belton Regional Medical Center, Centerpoint Medical Center, Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lee's Summit Medical Center, Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Research Medical Center, and Research Psychiatric Center.

Currently, we are filled in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, NICU, and Peds for 2025, but our strong internal career pathway can lead you to these units in the future!

Advanced clinical training tailored to your specialty

Your Role :

As an RN Resident, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Your responsibilities include :

Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes

Performing medical procedures and documenting care

Administering medications and monitoring patient responses

Responding to patient needs promptly

Educating patients and families on healthcare processes and plans

Qualifications :

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the state

No prior experience required

Willingness to travel for training as needed
