[job_card.job_description]Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed. Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and report any changes to RNs or physicians. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures. Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient comfort. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Uphold safety protocols, including infection control procedures. Licensure : Active and unrestricted LVN license Education : Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program. Experience : Previous LVN experience Certifications : BLS certification (required). Skills : Strong communication, critical thinking, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
