Role Description :

This is a fulltime on-site role for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice and possess a warm, approachable personality that complements our team culture. The role involves providing personalized outpatient health care services, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and collaborating with the medical team to optimize patient care. The position also involves maintaining accurate patient records and providing patient education.

Qualifications :

• Current license and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in California
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of patient conditions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
