We’re growing at Hexagon and looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist who lives for tight tolerances, smart setups, and the craft of making great parts. You’ll be the go-to on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and our automation cells. (Lathe experience is a plus, but this role is primarily mill-focused.)

What you’ll do :
Program, set up, and run 3 / 4 / 5-axis CNC mills (Mastercam or similar) to deliver production-ready, high-precision parts that are truly awesome.Leverage automation cells for lights-out and high-mix / low-volume efficiency; optimize fixtures, probing, and tool paths.Own the process : material selection, tooling, workholding, and in-process checks.Self-inspect using GD&T and document to AS9100 standards with the support of the inspection team.Collaborate with a tight-knit team—share best practices, help debug tough features, and keep jobs moving.(Nice to have) Jump on a live-tooling lathe when needed.What you bring :
