POSITION SUMMARY :

HealthEdge is looking for Technical Services Engineers who are passionate about solving real world business problems to join our team. As a Technical Services Engineer you will be working on the product from top to bottom, while researching product issues in various modules. In this role you will handle performance tuning, address customer issues and be the chief problem solver with plenty of unique assignments within the department. This hire will work heavily with the database and J2EE.

JOB DUTIES :

• Troubleshoot product incidents, develop workarounds, write unit tests, and write up bugs
• Manage, prioritize, debug, and resolve product incident escalations
• Work in a team environment to provide timely resolution to customer reported product incidents
• Write unit and functional automation for the product defects
• Provide solution support and troubleshooting following deployment
• Work on time sensitive customer reported product incidents
• Solve customer reported performance incidents
• Determine RCA of customer reported product incidents
• Provide constructive feedback to product management and development
• Conduct environment setup
• Perform all jobfunctions with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those

which govern handling PHI and PII

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :

Master of Science in Computer Science, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus demonstrated knowledge of the full software development lifecycle using an agile development process acquired through a minimum of 6 months of employment, internship, or academic project experience and extensive knowledge in Java programming.
