Were looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our chiropractic office!

If you love working with people, have experience in a medical or wellness setting, and can keep a front office running smoothly, wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do :

  • Greet patients and make them feel welcome
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
  • Answer phones and handle patient inquiries
  • Process payments and manage front desk paperwork
  • Work closely with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations

What Were Looking For :

  • Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A friendly, upbeat personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using computers and basic scheduling or EMR systems
