A company is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
Key Responsibilities
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members; instruct family or nursing staff on follow-through programs
Assist with patient scheduling and document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition while adhering to professional standards and laws
Required Qualifications
Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree
Current and valid state AOTA license or equivalent
Inpatient experience preferred
CPR certification when required
