Infrastructure Engineer Copilot / Sharepoint / MS Teams

Genesis10 is seeking two Contract Infrastructure Engineer. This is a HYBRID contract to hire position in Milwaukee, WI or Louisville, KY requiring 3 days onsite per week. Requirements : Investigate and learn new and emerging Enterprise Services (e.g. Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure technologies) with an eye to selecting and implementing the right solution for project teams and the business. Build, configure, and administer Infrastructure with the focus on Microsoft technologies. Manage Azure Entra ID integrations for both internal applications and external vendors. Monitor current Enterprise Services for performance and stability. Assists in long-term strategic planning to ensure capacity meets current and future requirements which include planning for new hardware and applications. Communicates and collaborates with project delivery teams and IT security team to ensure applications align to best practices and security policies and guidelines. Create documentation and mentor other IT Operations team members. Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment, participate in an on-call rotation, and have experience of responding to client needs as raised in Service Desk tickets. Preferred Qualifications : At least 8+ years of technical experience and successful deployments of Microsoft products at an enterprise level. Strong experience with cloud integration related to Microsoft tools. B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of physical infrastructure architecture, cloud integration models, and workflow diagrams. Strong troubleshooting capabilities and be able to apply previous knowledge to new situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively exchange ideas and information and effectively relate to others to accomplish work responsibilities.
