Position : Customer Care Specialist

• BILINGUAL SPANISH A MUST

Pay : $19-$20 / hr.

Testing : You will be tested onsite during the interview for Excel, Typing, and Spanish language translation

Description : They are really looking for someone with a high energy personality that can provide excellent customer service on the phone and email. They will doing order processing from clients via email / phone / in person. Customers come to the counter and also will be helping the in-person customers. Someone with 3+ years' experience in retail or some general office Customer Service. Bilingual Spanish is required (Read and write required)

This person must be comfortable traveling out of state for trade shows 4-6 times yearly once hired with company
