How you create impact

You will lead and provide guidance to the outbound logistics warehouse team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe order fulfillment within Kuehne + Nagel’s global supply chain operations.

• Team Supervision & Performance

Coordinate, assign, and evaluate daily activities (picking, packing, staging, loading) to meet productivity and service benchmarks.

Verify outbound shipments against order specs, resolve discrepancies promptly.

Implement and optimize SOPs; identify inefficiencies and propose changes.

Enforce OSHA and company safety / regulatory standards—equipment usage, PPE, lifting protocols.

Liaise with supervisors, internal departments (Procurement, Customer Care, Transportation), and external stakeholders.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
