Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate sensitive conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life decisions, ensuring a calming and supportive environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through positive and empathetic interactions with pet owners.
• Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming customer service calls from a remote workspace.
• Show commitment, adaptability, and sound judgment while adhering to schedules and assignment expectations.
• Collect and document detailed medical information about pets while coordinating appointment scheduling effectively.
• Achieve all performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Go above and beyond to provide unparalleled support to both pet families and our veterinarians.
• Maintain punctuality in meeting all performance requirements, including attendance and deadlines.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to uphold the highest standards of customer service.
