Key Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for customer journeys from acquisition to retention
Create campaign templates, establish QA processes, and build attribution models linking lifecycle touches to revenue
Track engagement metrics, create executive dashboards, and report on campaign ROI with optimization recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce)
Proven track record in building and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
Strong analytical abilities focused on revenue impact and experimentation
Understanding of customer data platforms and real-time personalization
Preferred experience in fintech or digital banking lifecycle marketing
