Key Responsibilities
Create and manage various types of customer orders to maximize satisfaction
Review and audit sales orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with pricing and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain data integrity in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with a business-related focus
Minimum of three years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support
At least two years of experience in the Telecom industry
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
