Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Technician (2-5 years)

Coffman is looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft support technician to support the administration and technical development of Coffmans Business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications including Customer Engagement (CE) Microsoft AI technologies Finance & Operations (F&O) PowerBI and Power Platform.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our VP of Business Systems Solutions Integrator and Solutions Developer with various administrative and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CE F&O Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
• Support the development of AI tools (e.g. Azure AI Copilot) into business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in testing documentation and deployment of new features and updates.
• Manage troubleshoot and resolve Helpdesk inquiries related to our Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform business systems.

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate administrative tasks ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience using AI technologies or a strong interest in learning and applying them to streamline operations.
• Experience with various data models and business process automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Solid understanding of data security role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance within Microsoft platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the A/E/C industry
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with data modeling and performance tuning JavaScript HTML C# / .NET: Plugin and custom workflow development
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform App Maker Dynamics Functional Consultant) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Computer science software engineering information systems MIS or similar degree preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with strong project ownership and project planning skills

Salary range: $70000-$95000 (this is an hourly position)
