[job_card.job_description]Administer high-quality dialysis treatments, prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Conduct thorough physical assessments pre- and post-treatment, monitoring patients closely during their care. Review and administer prescribed medications, updating patient medication profiles monthly. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient assessment and care planning. Assist in staffing to meet state regulations and ensure smooth operational flow. Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and federal laws to ensure a safe and compliant care environment. Participate in staff meetings and engage in ongoing education to stay updated on renal care best practices. Licensure : Valid Registered Nurse license. Skills : Ability to distinguish all primary colors (essential for effective patient care). Experience : Dialysis nursing experience is a plus but not necessary—we're committed to helping you grow!
