A company is looking for a Florida-licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to support members in their Substance Use Disorder Program remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual and group therapy
Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
Document assessments, care plans, and referrals while achieving set goals and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in Florida
Preferred experience with substance abuse populations and maternal substance abuse
Experience working with adults and adolescents
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
Remote work experience is preferred
