Shift Notes : 12 hr day / night rotate, weekends as scheduled

Certs : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

EMR : Allscripts - Sunrise

Floating All staff are required to float as needed into the rotation (Tele or MedSurg)

Active RN WV / compact License required.
