How you will make an impact:

Scout & Sign Top Talent: Own the full life cycle of recruitmentfrom kickoff to final offersourcing the best players for our operations team across manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment.

Be a Culture Coach: Deliver a winning candidate experience at every stage, repping the Fanatics brand and making us the employer of choice.

Strategize Like a Pro: Partner with hiring managers to develop game plans that align with business goals and operational demands.

Build a Talent Bench: Proactively pipeline for future needsbecause every great team needs depth.

Track the Stats: Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize the playbook, improve performance, and level up our hiring process.

Stay in Bounds: Ensure every hire follows the rulescompliance with employment laws and internal policies is always in play.

What you bring to the team:

Proven Recruiting Game: 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, especially for operations roles in fast-paced environments.

Track Record of Wins: You've recruited in a high-volume environment (warehouse, logistics, retail, call center)and have the scoreboard to prove it.

Sourcing Smarts: Master of sourcing, assessing, and engaging talent across multiple platforms and tools (bonus points for Oracle Recruiting Cloud & LinkedIn Recruiter experience).

Team-First Mentality: Strong collaborator with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidatesalways driving toward shared success.

Detail-Oriented & Deadline-Driven: You keep your head in the game, juggling multiple priorities like a pro.

Fan-Obsessed: Committed to delivering world-class experiences at every touchpointfor our candidates, hiring teams, and fans.

Leadership on the Field: You bring energy, grit, and determination to every playleading by example and elevating the team.

Where You'll Work and What's Required:

This role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Flexible work schedule, specifically during our peak season (October-December). Work hours may include nights and weekends during this time.
