Job Description :

Responsible for the accurate recording of patient diets in patient Kardex and the updating of changes as necessary to ensure quality service to patient for optimum health

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language

Experience : Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of computer operations preferred.

License / Certification : Food Handler Safety Training Card.

Other : Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit / department. Ability to work and cooperate with members of hospital staff.
