About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the strategic design and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be a key partner to senior leadership, responsible for aligning talent acquisition with the organization's rapid growth and market expansion. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in high-growth, rapidly changing environments, particularly in the healthcare or adjacent high-volume care sectors. The VP will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team, shaping the employer brand, and ensuring the company is positioned as an employer of choice. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making, technology-driven talent solutions, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence is essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition position at the company should be strategic thinkers, capable of translating business goals into talent demand plans and hiring priorities. The role requires a leader who can influence executives, is adept at using data to drive performance, and is experienced in scaling a talent acquisition function. A background in healthcare, behavioral health, or similar high-volume care environments is highly preferred, with a specific emphasis on experience in autism care. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Master's degree being strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
