Your Job Responsibilities :
Perform project management duties for assigned projects including :Directing client communication and coordinationEstablishing project deliverable information, issuing to team members, tracking deliverables, and providing "day-of-deliverable" supportReviewing deliverables for administrative conformance with Swanson Rink and client standards ensuring project documents are complete, current, and organizedCreating and executing project work plans and schedules utilizing Swanson Rink processes and forms, and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsResponsible for cost control and budget monitoring and reporting, invoice preparation, review, and reporting, ensuring revision information accuracy of production documents, conversion of Revit and AutoCAD files into production documentsResponsible for Open Issue tracking and remediationManage project processes from set up through construction including :Developing independent contractor agreements and sub-consultant agreementsPublishing meeting agendas and meeting minutesOverseeing development of reports for clarity and presentationProviding oversight for RFI and Submittal processes and remediation for overdue issuesProvide ownership of Document Control responsibilities including :Compiling and organizing information from project team members, clients and internal staffPerforming maintenance and audit of project directories to ensure compliance with company standardsProject setup and maintenance in Newforma and implementing interfaces with client and / or contractor specific project management systemsManaging document archiving and retrieval processesManage project support functions including :Handling certificates of insurance requirements for projects including oversight of sub-consultant insuranceManaging client-issued security access and badgesExecuting, reviewing, and streamlining internal project processes on a company-wide basis with the ability to adjust for project / client specific requirementsYour Requirements and Qualifications :
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.Minimum 2 years' project coordination / management experience, experience in our industries preferred.Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and / or Federal contracts.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
