About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Data Strategy to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the data offerings and go-to-market approach, with a focus on combining business strategy, technology expertise, and sales acumen to build scalable data services. This role involves strategic leadership in developing and owning the data services strategy and roadmap, creating packaged offerings, and partnering with product and delivery leadership to scale methodologies. The Head of Data Strategy will also be heavily involved in sales and market development, leading executive conversations, and serving as a thought leader in market-facing activities.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data strategy, architecture, or analytics leadership roles, with a strong background in modern data platforms. The role requires the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes, experience in driving data modernization and governance initiatives, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A background in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare is essential, and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms is a must. The ideal candidate will also have Salesforce Data Cloud or Integration Architect certifications and prior consulting experience in a data practice or professional services organization.
