The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. Duties Include:
Must be an RN with valid license; Develop and implement infection control protocol; Supervise isolation precautions and practices; Plan and implement organized in-service, orientation, and training programs; Interpret infection control policies and procedures as necessary; Make rounds with physicians as necessary; monitor medication passes and treatments to assure that proper techniques are being followed; Provide training and in-service support for nursing assistants in their role functions; Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and company guidelines.
