What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in accordance with company protocols.

Support access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points as required.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or vendors to address inquiries or direct them as needed.

Assist with emergency response drills and participate in training sessions as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
